Business Shoot with Rowan of ‘Green and Grounded’ flower and plant palace, Sale
As a fairly recent, but absolutely beautiful, addition to Sale’s Stanley Square, I was really excited to get the chance to come into “Green and Grounded’ plant and flower shop (or ‘plant palace’ to give it it’s true title!) to grab some pictures this month.
Owners (and married couple) Rowan and Matt already had a super popular premises in Altrincham on Stamford New Road, but took the opportunity to bring their gorgeous plants and specialist knowledge to the rapidly changing and growing Stanley Square with a second shop in November.
I absolutely loved photographing the plants and flowers in the shop and while snapping away got the chance to hear just how knowledgeable they are about their plants, as they gave some really helpful advice and recommendations to curious customers who popped in.
Along with their work for walk in and online customers, Green and Grounded also offer workshop evenings and corporate orders..they were putting together an order for a corporate event whilst I was in the shop, aided by another member of their team and their lovely little blind French bulldog, Eric, sitting quietly behind the till sniffing the flowers! With the new addition of stunning fresh flowers to the shop and shelves filled with greenery, it really is a little oasis to visit,
Rowan was kind enough to answer a few of my questions so you can read a little bit more about her and ‘Green and Grounded’.
